Stress and anxiety are usually coupled together and although there are a lot of similarities, there are some subtle differences in how they are created and how they present in the thoughts, emotions and body of people affected.
Although stress can be very situational, both stress and anxiety can result from past events or occurrences that now affect the subconscious processing of our current environment.
Once we understand how we have been affected, then we can look at how the brain works and what we can do to adjust it to increase confidence and resilience when faced with challenging situations or environments.
